IDBI Federal Life Insurance - Senior Executive - Actuarial

Position Title : Senior Executive

Department : Actuarial

Position Reports To : Senior Manager

Location : Mumbai HO

Key Responsibilities :

- Modeling cash-flow projections using actuarial software

- Carry out model point testing and regression testing to ensure model is fit for purpose

- Model documentation

- Perform calculation of Value of New Business (VNB) on regular basis

- Computation of Traditional and Market Consistent Embedded Value

- Analysis of Embedded Value Movement

- Carry out cash-flow projections required for planning/budgeting

- Coordinate proactively with stakeholders to meet the requirements

- Take end-to-end ownership of tasks

Candidate Requirement :

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Good understanding of products and product regulations

- Prior experience in modeling actuarial software (preferably AFM/VIP-Tech)

- Exposure to C/C++ programming is preferred

- Knowledge of VBA will be added advantage

- Good documentation skills, eye for details

- Committed to meeting timelines

- 3-4 years of actuarial work experience

- Good progress in the actuarial exams (CT series completed/close to completion)
