JD for Associate - Manager - Operational Risk

1. Conduct Risk Control and Self Assessment of various processes (RCSA). Identify potential areas of operational weakness and suggest improvements

2. Generate report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and explain trends of increasing KRIs to management

3. Maintain various risk policies like Operational Risk Policy, Business Continuity Policy, Anti Fraud Policy and Outsourcing Policy and suggest reviews etc

4. Monitor risks in key outsourced contracts and highlight outsourcing risks. Submit outsourcing risk reports

5. Assist Chief Risk Officer in investigation of frauds, maintain registers of frauds and generate periodic MIS on frauds

Qualification and Experience :

- The candidate should be professionally qualified CA/MBA/ICWA/CS with 5-10 years of experience in Operations, Operational risk, Anti Fraud units etc in Life Insurance / General Insurance Company.

- The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. He should have worked in a project involving cross functional team.
