IDBI Federal Life Insurance - Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM

- Handling consumer litigations raised in Consumer Courts, Labor Court and Ombudsman

- Preparing the entire case history in consultation with senior's before representing the matter in court

- Identifying & empanelling lawyers pan India for representing IFLI cases in those locations

- Providing Line of argument and briefing to these lawyers for any litigations registered in those locations

- Sharing entire case history with empanel lawyers to enable them to represent IFLI in court

- Drafting & reviewing agreements and Line of argument

- Travel for attending litigations in various forums

Educational Qualification :

- LLB/LLM with 6+ years of experience in Insurance Industry
