Responsibilities :

- Ensure maximum realization of business introduced by sales channels

- Ensure adherence to financial processes in the Branches/Distribution channels and prevent revenue loss and frauds

- Monitor and Control processes in HR/IT/Admin/Audit

- Ensure achievement of Customer Retention targets in the zone

- Ensure achievement of Turn Around Time and Accuracy targets in all Customer Service aspects in the zone
