Salary offered: 9 - 10 LPA - Sourcing and screening of Investment Banking and Institutional Equities right candidates through various sources like, references, networking, advertisement, job portals - posting jobs. - Conducting the preliminary interview either telephonic or through direct interview - Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and organization etc - Scheduling the interview of short listed candidates with Department Heads. - Follow up on interview status and update candidate on the same - Discussing and negotiating the salary proposition with selected candidates. - To prepare and issue offer letters and ensure smooth joining. - Conducting Induction and other training activities - Processing employee verification - Responsible for Campus recruitment planning and coordinating with campus. - End to end employee engagement
