REPORTING TO: Head of Private Equity Advisory

EXPERIENCE RANGE : 3 years to 5 years

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE:

End to End right from preparation of financial model, valuation, information memorandum, to negotiation, deal structuring, due diligence, legal documents etc.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :

Order of Preference

1. MBA/PGDM - Finance from premier institute along with preferably CA/CFA

2. CA rank holder

3. MBA Finance from premier institute

LOCATION : Mumbai HO

INDUSTRY: Private Equity - (Investment Banking)

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE :

Work experience in investment banking firm (front office or back office) with experience ranging from 3 year to 5 years. Passionate to work and build career in private equity industry.

SKILLS AND TRAITS :

1. Strong financial modelling skill along with analytical & critical thinking capabilities. Must have excellent team work spirit, right attitude, effective writing, communication and interpersonal skills

2. Self-motivated to do extensive reading to build insights and foresights across sectors, companies, etc.

3. Believe in high quality and timely delivery of work to deliver excellent work

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. In-depth research on the assigned sectors. Develop deep understanding of identified sectors.

2. Ideation & Pitching of business opportunities, building pitch books and presenting these to clients

3. Preparation of materials, including pitch books, financial models, information memorandum etc.

4. Strong practical experience in crafting investment strategies, structuring, negotiating and monitoring deals with target companies.
