Icreon - Vice President - Engineering

- Designing and developing enterprise software applications with focus on CRM, Ecommerce and Mobility. Expertise in MS Technologies as well as Open Source Technologies.

- Responsible for Solution Design (personally) for all projects and should have had prior experience in developing frameworks.

- Good programming background with an ability to architect, design and develop solutions from scratch

- Involvement in architecting / developing large enterprise level applications including non-functional requirements like Performance, Scalability, Availability, disaster recovery etc

- Hands on experience in database design/optimization.

- Define, Implement and Track coding standards ( different for different technology stacks / solutions ) and conduct ongoing code reviews thereby ensuring high quality of work done, work that would stand the scrutiny of the some of the best tech folks in the world.

- Define, Implement and Manage software engineering processes for qualitative work.

- Design, plan, advise and possibly implement hardware / network infrastructure consistent with the needs of a high traffic / high availability/scalable web app.

- Identify, Implement and Manage Project Management as well as software engineering tools for source control, code reviews and other monitoring tools.

- Identify technical trainings for all delivery employees ( Technical Leads, Software Engineers ) and ensure constant up gradation of skills in the organization

- Build new technical capabilities based on prevalent market trends and organization needs

- Responsible for recruiting and retaining strong technical resources.

- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
