- Drafting, vetting and negotiating of various agreements, deeds, pleadings and other legal documents.

- Provided advisory on diverse legal issues relating various aspects of business, handling of complaints, legal notices, employment laws, internal investigations and proceedings.

- Assisting in M&A transactions from a legal perspective.

- Manage arbitration, litigations before quasi-judicial and judicial authorities.

- Assist, advise and help with issues / directives in relation to various regulatory bodies e.g. SEBI, RBI, etc. from legal perspective

- Work closely with the business teams, provide sound legal advice, regular training and assistance on legal matters, including company policies and procedures.

- Participate and contribute in business led projects/initiatives by providing guidance and advice from legal perspective.
