Managing all Internal processes : - Manage & Maintain employee files. - Timely execution of the tasks to mitigate risks. - Analyze existing policies and procedures to derive efficiency and enhance productivity. - Understand and keep control of overall manpower vis productivity projections. Employee Relations : - Resolve employee queries. - Employee lifecycle management - Letter preparation, data updation, relieving letters etc - Manage HR helpdesk queries. - Manage leave & attendance. Operations : - Ensure process documents/ SOPs are followed and updated regularly. - Continuous enhancement of process, work towards employee satisfaction. - Process dashboard & visual displays are prepared and updated regularly to stakeholders. - Maintaining & updating employee database. HRMS : - Ensure smooth running, review and recommending add on features/functionality. - Work on ongoing implementation of HRMS tool. - Data governance. Compensation & Benefits : - Analyzing internal data and make presentations to stakeholders. - In-depth and quality checks on internal matrices and compensation to keep control of overall manpower cost. - Timely execution of performance management process. HR Audit : - Support in internal and external audit. - Ensure compliance of SOPs for all HR related activities.
