ICRA - Manager - Information Technology

- AWS Cloud administrator, configuration, implementation of infrastructure according to IT and business requirement.

- Configuration & management of Active directory, RDP, Jump server, working experience on cloud server performance and fine tuning of Windows / Linux servers parameters

- Installation, configuration hands on experience on both Windows and Linux OS server on cloud and perform patching for end users' machine and servers to meet compliance and audit requirement

- Cloud configuration & management of security groups, load balancer, access control list, hypervisor, monitoring and configuration of cloud firewall, S3 bucket storage encryption data at rest and in motion, etc.,

- Lead IT projects starting from product search, technical discussions, POCs & testing, presentation to management & implementation till final closure.

- Extracting data basis on the audit / compliance requirement

- Supporting desktop support team to resolve issues if any help is needed in case of any escalation or long pending issue

- Sound understanding / experience to follow ITIL process

- Presentation & reporting skills related to PowerPoint, excel

- Ready to learn new technologies & manage those technologies as and when required

- Hands on experience EC2, Simple notification service (SNS) , Simple email service (SES), cloud watch, ACL , V Lan, Cloud trail, VPC, Identity access management, Market place services / product (firewall), ELB & ALB for application / infrastructure , S3 bucket (storage), Monitoring of cloud services etc.
