Key Responsibilities: - Lead the core planning functions: results analysis, forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic planning - Support Group CEO and partner with MDs of all subsidiaries/business units in business planning aspects of ICRA Group - Lead and manage the relationship with senior management, the finance department and all business partners - Drive and coordinate business planning involvement in strategic initiatives - Coordinate with all functions of each business unit within ICRA Group to ensure business planning requirements are fulfilled - Design financial models and metrics to measure performance and highlight key issues for senior management - Provide ad hoc analytical support to facilitate decision making - Work closely with the senior management team on strategic operating issues, long-term strategies and profit goals through the development and implementation of financial and strategic planning - Gather internal and external market/competitive trends - Provide data for analysis for Group CFO &amp; Group CEO for quarterly investor relation presentations - Create executive presentations used for business updates to the ICRA senior management team and Moodys - Develop processes to monitor the implementation of strategic efforts - Set employee goals and objectives and monitor staff performance - Drive the efficiency and engagement of the team - Ensure growth of team members- functional and behavioral competencies - Provide cogent and constructive feedback to team members in order to develop staff and maximize their potential- Lead the core planning functions: results analysis, forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic planning
