ESG Sales lead Location: Mumbai/Delhi; Should be ready to travel in India Experience Required: At least, 8-10 years in selling products/solutions to clients across industries and a thorough understanding of ESG products and markets. Any experience in selling of ESG products would be preferred. Academic Qualification: CA/MBA Principal Responsibilities: - Developing comprehensive sales strategy, building and growing our presence to meet company's objectives and revenue targets. - Identify new business opportunities for ICRA's ESG products and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. - Supporting the education of the clients on Sustainability/ESG through data and products - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing training and support to enhance overall performance. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adaption. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organization's goals and strategy. - Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and market competitiveness. - Participate in the development and implementation of pricing strategies and sales policies. - Represent ICRA at industry events, conferences, to promote our products and services. Job Skills Required: - Excellent understanding of the ESG products and industry - Excellent client and relationship management skills - Solution selling skills/expertise in ESG domain - Ability to write and review Proposals for participating in RFPs/RFQs etc. - Excellent negotiation skills - Basic understanding of the current prevailing technologies Other skill Requirements: - Ability to lead a team of motivated professionals - Strong ideation and analytical skills - Ability to communicate with clarity (spoken and written) - Ability to work independently and in teams - Ability to work under pressure on various tasks at a time
