Job Description : 1. Contributing to the current macroeconomic research publications :&nbsp; - Contributing to the preparation of comprehensive, analytical research&nbsp;reports which include annual publications (expectations and analysis&nbsp;of the union budget); quarterly publications (GDP, Economic Outlook&nbsp;and Macroeconomic Trends, Project activity note, Financial Markets&nbsp;and Banking Update); bi-monthly reports (RBI policy); and monthly&nbsp;reports (industrial production, status of lead indicators, retail inflation&nbsp;and wholesale inflation) 2. Producing thematic research reports-Produce thematic research reports based on evolving and relevant macroeconomic and policy issues 3. Tracking important global economic events, developments and indicators. 4. Contributing to creation of content for media initiatives 5. Ensuring quality check of the work deliverable 6. Taking primary responsibility for the quality of reports 7. Providing guidance to peers Job Requirements : Qualifications : Masters in Economics or Econometric Experience : 3 to 6 years experience of analysing macroeconomic variables
