Brief Role - Credit rating of the retail pool securitization (PTC and DA), Recovery rating, Credit rating of structured debts and guarantee backed debt instruments of various financial sector entities (NBFC, HFC, MFIs etc.), Regular monitoring of rated portfolio (surveillance), Credit risk and research assessment, detailed asset class wise Portfolio risk analysis, Leading the reports and thematic research reports across asset classes and BFSI sector, Conducting webinars and investors interactions, managing, guiding and mentoring the team members

KRA -

1) Evaluate credit risk of the retail loan portfolio belonging to banks, NBFCs, micro finance institutions and home finance companies

2) Analyze past performance and estimate future behaviour of retail loan portfolios using various quantitative tools models

3) Independently handling rating assignments for entities of varying sizes and preparing reports and rationale for the assigned ratings

4) Preparing rating report by including profile of the rated company, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, financial and business performance analysis and peer comparisons

5) Strictly adhering to standard operating procedure & policies

6) Conducting research on the industry in which the company is operating and keeping a track on the performance of the industry as a whole

7) Ensuring quality check of the work deliverable

8) Assist other analysts in areas related to credit evaluation and monitoring. Interacting with the senior management of the originators as well as other market participants
