- Authoring cross-sectoral research publications - Contributing to the preparation of comprehensive, analytical, high quality cross-sectoral research reports - Produce thematic research reports based on evolving and relevant business and policy issues - Tracking important global economic events, developments and indicators. - Contributing to outreach initiatives for research ideas (webinars, client presentations, corporate connects, etc.) - Ensuring quality check of the work deliverables - Taking primary responsibility for the quality of reports - Analytical vigor, strong quantitative and writing skills - Accuracy and eye for detail - Ability to work with vast data sets - Bloomberg, CMIE, etc. - Ability to present complex research ideas in a simplified way for outreach activities - Interpersonal skills; managing internal relationships, responding to queries - Analytical bent of mind - Ability to create impact through the expertise - Good report writing and communication skills - Ability to work under time pressure - Coordinating multi sector reports, presentations and outreach activities. Experience - Up to 10 years relevant work experience, including prior experience in authoring research reports
