1. Experience in Finance, tax planning, accounting control, budgeting, MIS, credit management, strategic planning, pricing, logistic and development of policies and procedures

2. Sound knowledge in taxation GST, Sales Tax, Income Tax, Excise and legal matters

3. Good Management, communication leadership and supervisory skills

4. Flexibility in adapting to changes In management styles

5. Expertise in investment and financial planning

6. Budgeting & cost control

7. Liasoning with banks, auditors and other Govt. Department

8. Should have managed team of 8-10 Team members or atleast 5-6 Team mebers

9. Qualification - CA Must

10. Experience in Pharma Companies would be added advantage.
