Ltd. aims to provide cost - effective cutting edge technology to businesses in the region.  Requirement:  Looking for a Multi-talented Consulting Senior consultant with rich experience in the Business Analytics domain, and focus on BI Roadmap and Corporate Performance Management solutions across industry verticals, Focusing on Manufacturing and preferably exposures to BFSI, Retail, Auto, Healthcare, etc. Should be a result oriented professional with proven track record in consulting, spearhead functional or business consulting part in the delivery for large IT and BI Projects and should have worked on large BI projects, taking the role of functional consultant, BI Architect and Project Management. Preferably, should have worked in Big4 or in a consulting environment for 2-3 years at least.  Experience:  At least 4-6 years of business consulting and Project / Delivery / Program Management Experience. Should have lead cross-functional teams in delivery of mission-critical projects. Creative, flexible, and analytical problem solver who thrives in intense, fast-paced environments. A Go-To-Market professional hands on with Business Analytics & Optimization (BAO) experience, responsible for exploring new business initiatives for the domestic market in India and positioning the BI solutions for various industries. The role comprises pre-sales activities like client presentations, work on RFP responses, engage in Proof of Concept for customers, architect BI solutions interfacing with various teams within IRT like Technical Teams, PMO, and the Global Solutions Team. Will be entrusted with delivery responsibilities for BI Projects and should have worked for large BI projects, taking the role of functional consultant, BI Architect and Project Manager.   Key Responsibilities:  - Functional requirements gathering for IT / BI engagements  - Run various types of Client Workshops with business users  - Facilitate Pre-Sales, Business Development, RFP Response, client Presentations for Analytics function.  - Architect BI Solutions   - Client Relationship Management   - Project Management preferred: Technical Delivery, Account Financials, Team Management  - Evaluation of prospective new hires for project, Team Building  - Work closely with BI Tech team  Skills:  - Expert level Functional and domain knowledge of sector specific processes, primarily in sectors: Manufacturing and Healthcare, Auto or BFSI would be a plus  - Overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship  - Establish and maintain a trusted advisor relationship that will lead to high customer satisfaction  - Prioritizing and driving resolution on any escalated customer issues  - Manage programs to completion within time, budget and quality  - Identify and assist new business opportunities, support sales and solution efforts, and participate in developing proposals, staffing plans, effort estimates   - Work closely with the regional sales leaders to identify and nurture opportunities   - Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients  - Work with the appropriate resources from other SBUs to offer the full spectrum of services   - Lead the day-to-day activities of engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews  - Determine what resources are needed to support upcoming clients wins   - Define and deploy a new, standardized and efficient process that caters to multi-tenant delivery capabilities and scalability  - Measure results of the implementation, and apply learning to continuously improve processes  - Ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients  Qualifications and Experience:  - BE/ B.
