IRT aims to provide cost - effective cutting-edge technology to businesses in the region.   Purpose :   A seasoned Sales professional with significant tenure of experience, at least 6 years in Govt. Sector to develop, implement, and oversee projects and initiatives related to sales, marketing, product, business development and contract management to support the growth and profitability of the business.   Job Description :   A senior member of the IRT team, your primary responsibility is meeting a sales plan consistent with the overall growth objectives of the organization. Your role will require mapping of the competitive landscape, winning new business as well as effective account planning.   You will be required to operate in a highly independent manner in a distributed, collaborative, and real-time environment. This position reports to the CEO & Managing Director.   The right fit will be seasoned sales professional with 6 - 10 years of hands on experience in selling software solutions & services to Central / State Government, Boards etc.   Role and Responsibilities :   - Lead and implement marketing and sales strategies, including coordinating the sales cycle and methodology   - Identify and profile new business opportunities, perform market and competitor analysis and develop positioning strategy in Govt. Sector across businesses   - Monitor and analyze sales activity against goals and recommend action plans to improve results   - Define key selling propositions and implement them into all sales and marketing materials, client communications, and marketing events   - Oversee the development, planning and execution for new products to address future market needs, including brand management, product position and lead generation   - Manage sales leads across products to determine lead quality, quantity, and allowable cost structure, changing processes accordingly   - Oversee the entire sales and product cycle from identification to execution of new business opportunities   - Oversee the development of customized proposals and sales presentations and the delivery to clients, prospects, and business partners to generate increased sales and maintain existing business   - Ensure effective contract negotiations, implementations and transition from sales into operations   - Oversee CRM implementation, delivery of web-based/ cloud based applications and solutions and business process re-engineering initiatives   - Develop and maintain relationships with all existing and new clients ensuring high level of satisfaction and present new or enhanced product Offerings   Skills :   - Experience in selling software solutions & services to Central / State Government, Boards etc.   - Very high level of proficiency in CRM/ Cloud computing sales space   - Highly structured and process-oriented approach   - Effective people management skills   - Good time management skills   - Ability to establish a strong sense of purpose, high standards and a sense of urgency for self and others   - Excellent verbal and written communications skills   Qualifications and Experience :   - BE/ B. Tech from Tier1/ Tier 2 college   - MBA (Marketing) from Tier 1 university/ institute   - 6-10 years of experience in managing sales & selling software solutions & services to Central / State Government, Boards etc. as AGM/ DGM - Sales   Job Location : Mumbai, Region: West
