Icon Resources Group - AGM/GM - Sales & Business Development

We are currently looking for AGM/GM (Regional Sales Head) with 10+ years of experience into managing the end-to-end Sales cycle for Enterprise Software Solutions Sales & Team management.

1) End to end Sales cycle for Software Solutions/ product (ERP, CRM, BI, BPM, HPM, CMS, workflow and e-Forms products)

2) Acquisition of new clients/customers,

3) Prepare self-action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects

4) Understanding the market potential & formulate the Sales plans accordingly,

5) Understanding clients processes and position the Solution accordingly

6) Should take the initiative and create opportunities to drive more business from the clients readily articulate a comprehensive understanding

of solutions/services offerings to a client's critical business issues

7) Creating and maintaining Database of prospective clients

8) Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.

9) Managing and maintaining a relationship with key MNC and Government customers

10) Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

11) Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

12) Managing the existing Sales team, Team management.
