CA/MBA with experience in investor relations

Requirements:

- Good analytical skills, strong communication (Oral and written), attention to detail, hands on with MS Office (Preference - Prior experience of dealing with databases and preparing presentations)

- Extensive understanding of market trends both within the company and general market patterns

The main responsibilities include:

- Create presentations, press releases, and any other communication material

- Working closely with all internal teams to create/maintain a database for all disclosures and key numbers

- Oversee compliance of reporting requirements to stock exchanges

- Organizing conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings

- Maintain and update investor/analyst meeting file and prepare investor profiles before the meetings

- Analyze shareholding pattern

- Manage the investor relations portion of the company web site

- Monitor analyst reports and summarize them

- Perform comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
