Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager - Financial Services

Location: Mumbai

Position Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in UAC, Search, Meta etc. for the financial services sector, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns. Your role involves deep understanding of financial products, proficiency across diverse digital platforms, and a creative approach to devising and executing strategies. The primary objective is to increase our brand's online visibility and attract high-quality leads for our brokerage and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute targeted performance marketing strategies for User Acquisition (UAC), Search campaigns, and other relevant channels.

- Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer acquisition, ROI, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.

2. Financial Services Domain Expertise:

- Leverage deep knowledge of financial services, investment products, and industry regulations to tailor marketing initiatives effectively.

- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviors to adapt marketing efforts and achieve optimal results.

3. Multi-Platform Expertise:

- Implement, manage, and optimize campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Meta, and other relevant channels.

- Experiment with different ad formats, placements, and targeting options to maximize campaign efficiency.

4. Creative Strategy and Content Optimization:

- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging and impactful ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

- Conduct A/B tests and optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to drive user engagement and conversions.

5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Regularly provide comprehensive performance reports and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Qualifications:

- Degree in marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience (X+ years) in performance marketing, specializing in UAC, Search, and Facebook Meta, within the financial services sector.

- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and industry dynamics.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

- Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies specific to the financial industry.

- Experience with creative strategy, including content ideation and development.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
