The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop the partner channel for insurance cross- sell at the location and the catchments area around
- Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
- Current product groups include home insurance, health insurance, motor insurance etc
- Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules
- Manage the partner relation at location level and day to day service requirements.
- Managing ICICI Bank for cross-selling all ICICI Lombard General Insurance Products.
- Cross selling Health Insurance product through Saving Accounts and Salary Account group of ICICI Bank.
- Recruiting USM’s, Sales Executives, forming own team & imparting training to them. Also, training and updating the channel sales force from time to time.
- Implementing new sales promotions with the channel partners for generating more business.
- Outbound activities along with Bank sales team to generate leads and business.
