The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop the partner channel for insurance cross- sell at the location and the catchments area around
- Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
- Current product groups include home insurance, health insurance, motor insurance etc
- Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules
- Manage the partner relation at location level and day to day service requirements
Education Requirements
- MBA or PG with 3-5 years experience preferably in channel sales.

- Confident, logical thinker, organized, creative
- Preferred Functional Requirements
- Product management experience. Exposure to the internet.
- Retail sales experience would be a advantage.
