Position Title : Relationship Manager
Business Group : Wholesale Banking Group
Location : Kolkata
Purpose of the Job : The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with large Corporate to originate business.
Key Performance Areas:
- Structuring of products for corporate clients as per their financial plan and requirement.
- Business development and deal sourcing from corporate clients including structuring of one-time transactions and to push utilization of regular funds and non-fund based facilities. Also, in liaison with forex /derivative desk to close derivative and forex transactions.
- Coordinating with bank's overseas branches and subsidiaries for arranging fund in the form of External Commercial Borrowing (ECB), Buyer's Credit to corporate clients of India.
- Engaging with clients in order to understand the business dynamics and thereby provide the appropriate product offering.
- Undertaking assessment of term loans, working capital limits (fund based & non-fund based), structured finance and acquisition finance proposals.
- Facilitating documentation in liaison with corporate legal.
- Project appraisal for funding in infrastructure, power and port projects. Structuring of loan in terms of pricing, tenure and availability for making the project viable.
- Credit monitoring and mitigation of post sanction issues including monitoring the end use of funds disbursed, adequacy of security cover/insurance/drawing power, asset reviews, unit inspection etc.
- Managing portfolio size of above Rs. 50.00 billion.
