- Be part of all meetings / discussion with partners and internal project teams - Be available for partner location visit and be able to conduct meaningful discussion and drive agenda - End-to-end hand-holding and bringing partners on-board - Be able to think through the implementation plan at the planning stage - Ability to garner support whenever required / be able to bring to managers' attention the roadblocks and ask for help, in advance - Be able to sense changing needs through the planning and implementation phase and respond promptly - Engage with partners and internal stakeholders to keep everyone updated of progress - Monitor progress closely by tracking activity; pre-empting problems &amp; recommending actions, publishing progress reports etc. - Ensure timely delivery of the project
