Monitor daily performance reports of website, campaigns and call centre c. Use Google Analytics and other similar tools to monitor business health d. Translate raw and unstructured data into insights 4. Manage customer experience. Ensure that the customer has a delightful experience across all our touch points - campaigns, website, call centre, etc. : a. Input on content and consumer journey for product pages on website b.
