Role Purpose: To spearhead Groups Function for the entire region spanning Rest of Maharashtra and Goa. Key Accountabilities: 1. Group Relationship Management - Engage with the top management of companies Large & medium Enterprises, public sector undertakings, MNC's etc, for outsourcing management of employee benefits of these organizations. To understand their current Benefit structure, pattern, and accordingly pitch out product offering to them. - Competition mapping - Achieve both top and bottom line targets - Relationship Management of assigned partners & territories, customer acquisition, deep mining existing business by interacting with CEO's/HR heads/Admin Heads of different organizations. Involves providing solutions (different group products/solutions/protection/funds). Liaison internally with different departments to ideate and execute business solutions. 2. Term Product Relationship Management: - Primary responsibility to drive group protections business- in formal and informal segments, including Direct Sales. - Managing broker relationships / affinity groups & other direct clients in respective geographies - Competition mapping - Achieve both top and bottom line targets 3. Credit Assure Sales: - Acquisition of Asset Partners (Lending institutions) for Credit Life. - Cover Banks, NBFCs, HFCs. - Offer structured solutions based on client requirements while complying with internal / external regulatory guidelines. - Competition mapping - Achieve both top and bottom line targets. Performance Measures: - Achieving business volume - Maximizing Team Performance Person Profile: Competencies : Knowledge & Skills - including personal attributes: - Exposure to financial services or B2B Sales - Education Background Post Graduate Any other job related skills required e.g. software programs, Excel: - Basic MS Office Years of Experience: - 2+ Years in Sales Role and Team - Management Experience Industry Exposure: No Criteria - Mutual Funds, Brokerage, Financial Services, Any Sales Type of Experience : Retail Sales and Concept Sales: - Retail Sales, Financial Services Sales, Holiday Package Sales.
