Major Responsibilities : - Design and review recruitment policy and strategy from time to time to ensure alignment with business requirements and compliance - Design initiatives on employer branding, social media presence and careers on website to ensure continuous engagement for Direct applications for jobs - Designing campus program, creating communication collaterals, engaging with campuses for PAN India campus requirements for hiring management graduates - Recruitment analytics on cost, source mix, channel/market wise trends at regular intervals - Automation of recruitment analytics through real-time dashboards for spotting trends - Design recruitment back end processes to ensure sourcing and capacitating for future through self-sufficient / direct channels of recruitment - Liasioning with external partners on various recruitment strategic initiatives, internal HR team and other stakeholders to have effective implementation of strategy - Closely working with internal technology teams to design and implement digital Talent acquisition processes and systems Desired Skills : - Inclination to design digital processes - Knowledge of HR systems and processes - People Management, High Energy, Strong on Execution - Negotiation and influencing skills - Effective stakeholder management Minimum Requirement : - 2 year full-time MBA from a reputed institute - 1-4 years of experience post MBA
