ICICI Lombard - Technical Program Manager

- Plan and coordinate the execution of cross - programs for the product development and grow existing business lines.

- Organize and lead cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes,bridging business strategy with technical and operational implementation

- Work closely with our product and engineering teams

- Deliver a complex product with multiple project tracks and many team feeding into it.

Deliverables : 

- Successfully deliver end to end programs on spec,on time

- Anticipate issues and risks in meeting timelines,communicate them to relevant stakeholders,develop mitigation plans and implement the mitigation

- Utilize tools and develop processes to improve productivity across teams

- Drive internal process improvement,remove gaps, coordinate multiple parties and alleviate bottlenecks.
