ICICI Lombard - Sr Mgr - Central Product Team

Role Description

- To develop and manage agency loyalty program including tools to increase agent engagement & activation

- Design and manage training program for Agents to enable better product understanding, increase engagement with the organization and provide opportunities to agents to develop new skill sets

- Drive Agent licensing through direct initiatives and coordination with the sales team to achieve licensing targets

- Drive agent activation strategy through direct and in-direct initiatives including support to sales teams

- Data mining and analytics to identify trends and assist in designing agency strategy

- Managing product portfolios profitably through agents at targeted loss ratios

- Work with cross-functional teams to develop the product offerings and control measures

- Track competition trends regularly and generate comparison with our own proposition from time to time to ensure superior agent proposition at all times

- Responsible for Market Research and Segmentation Research

- To develop and conduct training programs for the field teams on new products and their benefits

- To work along with the Marketing team to develop communication like collaterals, advertisements etc

- Designing- market strategies for All General insurance Product through the agency channel

- Work closely with the Process and IT teams to ensure designing of IT infrastructure for best internal and external customer experience

Experience

- MBA with relevant experience (5 + years) in agency management

- Companies: Max Life, Max Bupa, Tata AIG, Apollo Munich, Bajaj Allianz

Mandatory requirements:

- The stability factor, comm. Skills, team handling abilities

(If MBA (Tier 1 and 2 5 to 7 Yrs exp) If (MBA (Tier 3 and 4) 8 to 11 Yrs 2006 Batch or earlier.)

- No 2013 pass outs
