ICICI Lombard - Sales Manager - SME Agency - IIM/ISB/IMT/XISS

Job Responsibilities;

Recruiting agents, training these agents for selling insurance policies, manage the team of agents, meeting clients & achieving targets.

Products to be handled:

Fire Insurance, Marine Insurance, Burglary Insurance, Cargo Insurance, Miscellaneous Insurance.

Job Profile:

- Acquiring new agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.

- Handling all the retail products across the portfolio including health, property and motor.

- Maintaining relationships with the agents.

- To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the agents.

- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.

- Up selling and cross selling other products as well.

- Keeping the combined and loss ratios intact.

Education Requirements: Full time Post Graduation from Tier 1 / 2 Institute. IBS Hyderabad / IMT Nagpur / XISS
