Sales Manager - Motor Vertical  Job Responsibilities :   The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.   Job Profile :   - Primarily responsible for achieving business targets through two wheeler dealers base.   - Acquisition of new dealers & sub dealers to increase the business volume.   - Retention & maintaining amicable relationship with the dealers & sub-dealers by taking care of all service related issues.   - Coordinating with other departments such as underwriting, Claims, & Operations.   - Owns, manages and establishes end-to-end relationships with channel partners/dealers and internal stakeholders to meet sales target required: Collaboration and Influencing, Executive Communication & Presence, Strategic Thinking, Change Management, Negotiations,   This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.   Qualifications :   MBA with at least 2-6 years of experience with :   - Exceptional Analytical Skills   - Strong Understanding Of The Motor Insurance/Distribution/Channel Business   - Very Strong Financial Acumen   - A Proven Ability To Influence And Drive Results At All Levels And Develop Strong Relationships And Influence Throughout the Organization   - Exceptional Ability To Negotiate Internally And Externally   - Strong Communication And Presentation Skills   - High Level Of Personal Accountability And Very Focused On Delivering Timely Effective Results; Demonstrated And Proven Teamwork Skill
