ICICI Lombard - Sales Manager - Motor Insurance Vertical

General Description of the Job :

The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.

Please note there are multiple openings in our Motor Insurance department - comprising of Private Car, Auto & Constrcution and 2 Wheeler segments and across locations.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Primarily responsible for achieving business targets of respective Motor Insurance products through assigned dealers base

- Acquisition of new dealers & sub dealers to increase the business volume

- Retention & maintaining amicable relationship with the dealers & sub-dealers by taking care of all service related issues.

- Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations

Education Requirements :

- MBA, Preferably (marketing) with premier institutes

- Having 2-8 yrs work experience
