Total Experience - 6-9 years

Team Handling Experience - 2-3 years

About the vertical - E Channel is our digital business platform, where customers post their queries regarding our products online. We cater to all the retail insurance products through this vertical. This is a sales vertical and mode of sales is connecting to customers through voice, email and chat.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Driving a team of 12 - 15 team members on achieving the sales target.

- Increasing the revenue and conversion of leads into sales.

- Managing the team attrition and motivation for achievement of targets.

- Data analysis, Trend Analysis, Process Improvisation for sales improvement.

Prior Experience :

- Preferable from contact center background handling similar profile of sales.

- Sales background with telecom and credit card or any other such product shall do.

- Experience in a team handling role is a must.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills.

- Should have all documents of previous work experience.

- Should have all documents of education.

- Full time Graduate / Post Graduate.
