General Description of the Job :
The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop the partner channel for attachment products for mortgage channel at the assigned hubs
- Relationship management across internal and external stakeholders and day to day service requirements
- Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
- Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules
Education Requirements :
- MBA from premier institutes with 2-5 years experience preferably in channel sales

- Confident, logical thinker, organized, creative
- Inter-personal relationship skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Candidates from non-tier institutes with 6 - 10 years of overall experience can also apply; preferable from BFSI segment
