Change management and support activities of website

Responsibilities:

- Ensure quality and timely deliveries

- Monitoring and fixing of day-to-day issues and permanent fixes

- Managing and mentoring a team of BAs, Developers and testers

- Vendor Management, Business team Management

- Adherence to legal, compliance, IT processes and brand guidelines

- Managing Expenses and budget

- Resource planning and allocation

- Provide technical solutions

- Integration with core systems and other external applications

Technical Skills :

- .NET, Oracle, MS Project, MS Office, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Jquery,

- Experience working with Content Management systems

- Knowledge of web technologies like Responsive design, Web Analytics, Webmaster tools, SEO, SMO techniques
