Job Description
- Identify new product opportunities for new product conceptualization
- Customisation of existing product lines for integration with the distribution channel
- Identification of pricing points & product placement
- Design & develop Product marketing strategy & portfolio management parameters
- Drive initiatives with customer service team for best in class service proposition
- Initiate Tie-ups & manage relationships with strategic business partners
- Set up Review mechanisms to monitor business penetration and growth
- Training program for teams & channel partners
- Data analysis
- Lay our strategy for respective lines of business
- Competition tracking & benchmarking
- Manage business profitability through topline, product mix and cost control measures
- Location visits to review performance and address issues/ training etc.
Skills/Experience Required
- Experience in Sales / product roles having worked on designing & implementing strategy / business planning & analysis
- Good knowledge of MS - Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of macros will be an added advantage
Qualification
- MBA from Institutes like IIM(A,B,C,L, I, K), FMS(D), XLRI, JBIMS, SP Jain, ISB, NMIMS, IIFT, MDI, XIMB, SIBM, GIM, SIMS, SCMHRD, TAPMI
Experience- 3 to 5 years
