- Responsible for sales drive of verticals through data analysis such as SME Broking Relations and Affinity Sales Group.

- Analyzing the business profitability, growth results and underwriting results.

- Responsible for designing and executing contests for sales team.

- Enhancing relationship with key channel partners through events and partners centric contests.

- Prepare review data, Organize team reviews and execute the actionable.

- Coordination with underwriters to develop new set of products / products variations to enhance.
