ICICI Lombard - Product Manager - Agency

Job description

- Identify new product opportunities for new product conceptualization

- Customization of existing product lines for integration with the distribution channel

- Drive initiatives to increase agent base for ICICI Lombard & enhance agent activation

- Design, implement & drive R&R program for internal stakeholders

- Design & develop portfolio management parameters

- Work closely with internal stakeholders for process improvement and enhancement of customer satisfaction

- Set up Review mechanisms to monitor business penetration and growth

- Design and implement training program for internal employees / channel

- Implementation of certification program for agents

- Data analysis

- Competition tracking & benchmarking

- Manage business profitability through topline, product mix and cost control measures

- Location visits to review performance and address issues/ training etc.

Skills/Experience Required

- Experience in Sales / product roles having worked on designing & implementing strategy / business planning & analysis

- Good knowledge of MS - Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of macros will be an added advantage
