Product Manager

Role Definition

- Manage the motor insurance product portfolio as per the guidelines set by senior management

- Generate new product add-ons ideas, enhancements to existing product and collate requests from both internal and external teams

- Conduct market research to benchmark product offering vis-à-vis competition

- Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap for motor class of business

- Conduct portfolio performance reviews with senior management at fixed intervals

- Interface with all relevant stake holders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches

- Collate and analyze key monthly data on various product performance and report key findings

- Create and maintain relevant product repository for long-term utilization for market trend analytics

- Guide sales team with data analytics

Skill sets required

- Data analytics skills

- Previous exposure to Motor Insurance would be preferred

- Knowledge of SAS would be an added advantage

Qualification

MBA from Premier Institutes with relevant experiance in product role.
