Job Title : Sales Manager- Bancassurance Home

Job Responsibilities :

- The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.

Job Profile :

- Develop the partner channel for health insurance cross- sell at the location.

- Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels in the location/area.

- Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process roll out and thereafter conduct refresher modules.

- Manage the partner relation at location level and day to day service requirements
