Job Description :

- Providing key business reports and analytical inputs on claims behavior

- Monitoring and suggesting control measures and providing intelligence to various strategic teams

- Designing and publishing performance scorecards for the function

- Carrying out regular budgeting exercises and ensuring cross-functional integration with HR, administration and marketing

- Identifying reporting requirements and automation of regular reports

- Planning and implementing key projects and initiatives

Educational Requirements :

- MBAwith 2-3 years of prior experience in MIS & analytics

Preferred Behavioral Traits

- Sound understanding of numbers / analytics with a sense of business & risk

- Good communication & coordination skills - to interact & collaborate with multiple functions

- Good presentation skills with ability to engage with seniors & making effective strategic recommendations

- Experience in analytics, pricing, research, controls & strategizing
