Manager - Events, Rewards and Recognition Programs (Being part of the Central Marketing Team)

Job Profile:

- Will be responsible to lead a team of 3-4 members and deliver on end to end planning & execution of the following programs for the company:

a) Domestic and International Conferences

b) Incentive Trips

c) Domestic & International Events

d) Reward and recognition programs

- To ensure quality and timely execution of all the programs for maximum return on investment of the programs.

- Constantly innovate in execution of the programs to instill sense of freshness.

- Manage deftly the expenses of the programs and keep the cost below industry standards.

- Manage gifting policy of the company and procurement of gifts and merchandise.

- Development of vendors & agencies.
