Job Profile:
- Business Development/ Relationship Management and Customer retention
- Servicing the need of Corporates for general insurance products(Fire,Marine, Liability insurance covers)
- Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.
- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations
- This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.
Candidate Profile:
- MBAs - Marketing (Top B Schools) with strong Corporate sales background with an experience of 2 to 4 yrs, Post MBA.
- The candidate should have a flair for sales, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, analytical & presentation skills.
- Full time MBAs from good B schools with work-ex exclusively in Corporate/ Institutional Sales
- Prior experience in General Insurance/ Corporate Banking will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong analytical ability.
