International Business || ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd. - To liaise with various channels - internal sales teams (corporate as well as SME), brokers, agents etc. to identify clients who have international risk exposure. - To connect with such clients to identify the risk &amp; the quantum of such risk that they are exposed to internationally. - To co-ordinate with the respective UW for the pricing of the risk depending upon the risk proposal. - To ascertain whether there is a need to arrange for reinsurance support to be able to write the risk. - To co-ordinate with the reinsurance team as well as reinsurance brokers to arrange for the support as required. - To identify &amp; establish a working relationship with a local insurer in the country/geography where the risk is located. - To negotiate with the local Cadent on reinsurance cession &amp; fronting charges &amp; other commissions involved in such an arrangement. - To arrange for all the relevant documents as required by the Cadent to issue the locally compliant policy &amp; raise the invoice. - To work together with the internal sales teams &amp; various operations departments for the booking of the policy in our system. - To co-ordinate with the client/broker/internal teams to make the premium payment to the Cadent. - Once the payment is received by the Cadent, to arrange for the remittance of the reinsurance premium to ICICI Lombard. - To co-ordinate with the F&amp;A team to keep a track on the receipt of the reinsurance premium &amp; map it against the correct policy. - To work with the F&amp;A team for the smooth release of brokerage applicable. - To handle all the accountings tasks for own accounts - To identify the accounts where the reinsurance premium has not been received as per discussions with the F&amp;A team. - To find out the reason for the non-receipt of such premium by communicating with the Cadent. - To arrange for the all required documents/approvals/booking corrections to allow for the premium to be remitted by the Cadent. - Client servicing - To service the clients requirements with respect to providing the invoice, policy copy, certificates &amp; other documents as &amp; when required. - To take care of any claims that is reported under the policy whether directly by the client or the broker. - To keep all the stakeholders informed about any claim situation &amp; operate closely with all of them for a smooth settlement of the claims amount to the client &amp; ensure a hassle-free transaction for all the parties.
