ICICI Lombard General Insurance - Digital Partnership/Digital Marketing Role

- Take ownership and setup strategy for all paid campaigns

- Lead execution of campaigns across channels (SEM, Google - Search/ Display/ YouTube/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels) to meet key performance metrics

- Explore vendor partnerships and new channels for paid acquisition

- Lead budget allocation and planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and sales growth

- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests and optimise user funnels

- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Oversee measurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics).

- Work with internal stakeholders on cross-functional key projects requiring acquisition marketing efforts

Skills:

- Min 5+ years of performance/digital marketing experience, including expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube Marketing.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a consistent track record in quantitative fields

- Proven track record of helping scale up digital marketing in a start-up environment and/or relevant work experience in leading performance marketing agencies

- A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, Similar Web)

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
