ICICI Lombard General Insurance - Business Analyst

- This is functional BA role.

- People who are functionally strong & have a tech bent of mind

- Helping to bridge the gap between the requirements and the technical delivery team and successfully delivering projects

- Reporting to provide transparency of key performance indicators via both financial scorecards and standardized reporting specific to product creation

- Controlling the seasonal planning process both content wise and systemically, including document management, definition of seasonal calendar as it relates to Business Units (BU's), product minimums management & seasonal drop process, cross-functional review and KPI management

- Ability to work with different systems in conjunction with product coding and master data to ensure proper coding

- Sound understanding of rates, credit and commodities products (including cash and derivatives) is a requirement

- Build compliance and performance reports using various tools such as SSRS, Visual, SharePoint, Excel

- Managing competing reporting priorities and assisting with the resolution of any conflicting requirements

- Analysing and documenting solutions for new requirements such as "what if analysis" and "divisional stress testing"

- Identifying missing or non strategic data and providing requirements to data sourcing teams

- Working with data sourcing to source and validate data completeness, from acquisition to report delivery
