- The role holder is expected to achieve targeted sales and combined ratio on overall portfolio.

- Responsible for efficiently managing a team of Sales Managers & Area Sales managers.

- Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.

- Liaising with senior officials of ICICI Bank partner

- To ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, control loss of business due to malpractice and adherence to compliance

- Feedback to Risk, Product Managers, sales team on product customizations, ratings etc
