ICICI Lombard - Associate Vice President - Government Business Group

Job Responsibilities : Managing existing and creating new relationships with Government, NGOs and cooperative societies for the zone

Job Profile :

- Laying down and executing the strategy for the zone with respect to Government Business and Financial Inclusion segment for the zone aligned to the overall organizational strategy

- Managing Government Business team for the zone, ensuring the team delivers on maintaining existing relationships, and finding potentiality Public sector and government relationship

- Meetings and presentations on behalf of the company with Ministers and Secretaries of concerned organizations.

- Responsibilities also include interaction and liasioning with government officials of various departments (Industries, District Collector ate etc.)

- Scope the requirements of the companies/ targeted customers in the segment

- Be responsible for achievement of the sales budget and portfolio profitability

- Be responsible for market intelligence and exploring new product ideas

- Liaison with brokers/ consultants who can bring this business

- Develop product expertise and provide insurance solutions to the clients

Other Important Information :

- Should have experience in Government Relations/ Government Policy.

- Should have understanding of Social and Financial Inclusion Policy.

- Should be able to communicate positively and convince.

- Should be very good with numbers.
