Job Profile :

- To lead a team of Managers to achieve corporate business in a given industry segment/ geographical area or a group of companies allocated for this purpose

- Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.

- Expected to help MO- s/ RM's in their training & career development needs and help identify future leaders

- This will require developing relationships at the senior level to take advantage of changing market scenario

- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations

- Claims management and meaning engagement with internal stakeholders on claim reviews

- Actively involve and deliver collectively in Reinsurance backed large deals & specialized product sales

- Involves smooth coordination with other depts. such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts

- Expected to help Managers in their training & career development needs and help identify future leaders

Candidate Profile :

Education : MBAs from premier institute

Experience : Minimum 6 years post qualification experience in Corporate Sales

- Prior General Insurance experience & Insurance certification/ courses is added advantage; alternately prior experience in Corporate Sales/ Business Banking too can be considered

- Strong analytical skill, out of box thinker;

- Problem solving and multitasking

- Owner of P&L, and focus on quality business growth

- Excellent command in MS office especially in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and database management software

- The candidate should have a flair for sales, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, analytical & presentation skills.
